This limited edition wine is a pure expression of Sangiovese and was made from the manual selection of Terra del Carmine vineyard’s best grapes. It’s a fresh, mineral, delicate rosé. Organic farming guidelines were followed in producing this wine.
Onion skin colour, it is a dry, pleasantly fresh and savoury wine. Fruity on the nose with ripe strawberry notes, citrus and tropical fruits, almond finish on the palate. Serving suggestion: Perfect for aperitifs, great with creamy, savoury dishes, perfect with fish. Umbrian Food Wine Pairing Suggestion: Baccalà in Umido. Serving temperature: 8-10°C
