Umbrian Cooking Class: Cook, Learn and Enjoy

Join our chef for a hands-on Umbrian cooking class, where participation and education go hand in hand. Together you'll prepare an authentic three-course meal from scratch — then sit down to enjoy everything you've made, aperitivo first: a generous spread of locally sourced Umbrian cured meats and cheeses with a glass of estate wine. The meal that follows is paired course by course with a selection of our wines, matched by our sommelier. You'll leave with the recipes, the technique, and the kind of confidence that only comes from cooking it yourself — in an Umbrian kitchen.

Learn the secrets of  fresh pasta

The cooking class will take place in our state of the art DeManincor kitchen and is designed for 2 to 14 participants.

In this class, you will enrich your cooking skills by learning typical Umbrian dishes with a focus on fresh pasta. You learn how to make Italian traditional shapes of pasta and also pasta with fillings and appropriate sauces for each type.

To conclude participants will learn how to make our modern take on the traditional Italian desserts. Our chef will conduct this hands-on class and answer all your questions on Umbrian food. During the class we will serve finger food and wine, because cooking makes you hungry!

The meal you have made will be served downstairs in the Vineria accompanied by Carmine Estate wines.

Prices

Starting price for 4 people or less: € 640

€160 per person (from 5 to 14 adults)
€65 for people only enjoying the food and wine tasting and not participating in the class

Please note:
If there are more than 10 participants, the cooking class will only be held starting from 6 Pm.
For the night program, if there are less than 10 participants, we charge an extra fixed fee of €500.
