VIP Lunch
During this tasting, one of our bi-lingual sommeliers or our assistant winemaker will accompany you on a private tour of our vaulted, underground barrel room, winery, and tasting rooms. Visitors will be able to experience a barrel tasting with specialised glassware. An in-depth explanation of the history of our farm, wines and winemaking processes will be provided.
Vip Lunch includes all current vintages of Terra del Carmine wines plus an older vintage reserved for the occasion.
Paired with a full gourmet meal prepared by our Chef Jacopo Dominici.
Superiore Experience
This tasting includes a detailed explanation of the history of our organic Estate, our wines and our winemaking processes, tutored wine tasting of all Terra del Carmine wines with a bilingual sommelier and a full gourmet meal prepared by our Chef Jacopo Dominici.
A winery and barrel room tour will be conducted and visitors will be provided with a walking map for a self-guided tour of the farm and vineyards.
Classica Experience
This tasting includes a detailed explanation of the history of our organic Estate, our wines and our winemaking processes, tutored wine tasting of five wines with a bilingual sommelier and a light gourmet meal prepared by our Chef Jacopo Dominici.
A winery and barrel room tour will be conducted and visitors will be provided with a walking map for a self-guided tour of the farm and vineyards.
Piccolo Assaggio
This experience includes a short description of our wines and the history of the Estate and the tasting of five wines with a bilingual sommelier.
The tasting is accompanied by handmade rosemary breadsticks served with homemade gourmet dips, fresh Umbrian bread served with Terra del Carmine Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil and Truffle Salts.
Zip Tasting
Tasting of four Terra del Carmine wines: Indigeno Trebbiano, Rosabella or Rosa della Chiesa, Rosso del Carmine or Bell’Angelo, Il Campanile.
